1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.

We are actively working on expanding our shipping to international markets in a fully compliant manner. If you would like to be notified when we begin shipping to your country, please contact us at info@strengthbodyandmind.com.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

During peak periods or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following UK shipping options:

- Standard Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–3 business days): £3.99
- Express Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1–2 business days): £5.99
- Free Standard Tracked shipping on all orders over £50

All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive this within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy and protection. There is no mention of the product contents or the company name on the outside of the parcel.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we aim to ensure fast and reliable delivery, Strength Body & Mind is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Courier service issues
- Adverse weather or other events outside our control
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
