What is bacteriostatic water?

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative. It is used in laboratory research as a reconstitution solvent. All Strength Body & Mind bacteriostatic water is produced under controlled laboratory conditions and is supplied for research use only.

How are your products tested?

Each batch is independently tested by Janoshik Laboratories, a recognised third-party analytical lab. Test certificates are made available on request and on the relevant product pages once published. We test for sterility, purity, and consistency to ensure laboratory-grade quality.

Are your products for human or veterinary use?

No. All products sold by Strength Body & Mind are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption and are not to be used as medicines, supplements, or cosmetics.

Where are your products manufactured?

All products are manufactured in the United Kingdom under controlled laboratory conditions. We hold UK stock and dispatch from a UK fulfilment location.

Orders and shipping

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We offer two UK shipping options at checkout: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.99, 2–3 business days) and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£5.99, 1–2 business days). Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders over £50.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working towards expanding to international markets in a fully compliant manner. If you would like to be notified when we ship to your country, please email us at info@strengthbodyandmind.com.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the item and packaging to info@strengthbodyandmind.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Defective or damaged products are eligible for full refund or replacement at no cost. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
