You have up to 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. We will provide a full refund for any returned products, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Ship the Product: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the product arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will process your refund within 5 business days to your original method of payment.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that your product arrives defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or a replacement, including covering any return shipping costs.
